Who didn't hear that a million times growing up.

But as much as I don't want to admit my parents were right...they kind of were.

Greens give you an amazing boost of fiber, and vitamins and minerals, including antioxidants!!

I personally believe they are essential to our wellbeing and should be eaten every day BUT...
