Spinach and Basil Pesto
This recipe is super easy to make. Pesto is super versatile and keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge (cover with a thin layer of oil) or 3 months in the freezer. Super tasty and best paired with almost anything, this Spinach and Basil Pesto dish is one of my favourite sides/toppings.
