The tenderness of the asparagus, the saltiness of the prosciutto and the tang of the balsamic glaze go SO well together!

Just adjust the amount of asparagus and equal amounts of prosciutto slices.
Serves: 5 (2 asparagus each)
10 asparagus spears
10 slices of prosciutto
Drizzle of balsamic glaze
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Alternatively, this can be done on the BBQ!
- Wash and dry the asparagus spears. Starting with one prosciutto slice, wrap the asparagus from the top of the asparagus, winding around until you reach the bottom of the spear. Try to wrap as tightly as possible. Repeat with all spears.
- Place all wrapped asparagus onto a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from tray and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top. Serve!
