It's such a great way to bulk up your meals and pack it with nutrients.
Not only is quinoa gluten-free and high in protein, it is one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids! How amazing is that!
It's also high in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E, fiber, magnesium, B vitamins and iron.
Plus, it's a great replacement for rice, if you're looking for something different.
