6 Delicious Ways To Cook With Quinoa

I LOVE quinoa!

It's such a great way to bulk up your meals and pack it with nutrients.

Not only is quinoa gluten-free and high in protein, it is one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids! How amazing is that!

It's also high in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E, fiber, magnesium, B vitamins and iron.

Plus, it's a great replacement for rice, if you're looking for something different.

So I wanted to share 6 delicious and healthy ways to cook with quinoa!

All of the recipes are super easy and perfect for dinner, lunches or 3pm work snacks.

Let's get into it...
