Peanut Butter Bircher Muesli

This is a great meal to prep for those of you who are super busy and rushed in the morning! Prepare the night before and grab and go in the morning. 

Serves 1

1/2 cup rolled oats
4 walnuts, crushed (or any nut of your choice!)
1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 Tbsp. Shredded coconut
1 Cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice)

Add everything into a bowl and give it a good mix. 
Cover with some cling wrap and leave in the fridge overnight.

MORE Peanut butter
