This is a great breaky to prep for those of you who are super busy and rushed in the morning! Prepare the night before and just grab and go in the morning 💁🏼
Peanut Butter Bircher Muesli
1/2 cup rolled oats
4 walnuts, crushed (or any nut of your choice!)
1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 Tbsp. Shredded coconut
1 Cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- Add everything into a bowl and give it a good mix.
- Cover with some cling wrap and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Before you go to eat it in the morning, add your desired toppings & enjoy!
