How AMAZING is this? This salted caramel shake will make you jump out of bed in the morning!! The recipe is by the beautiful @danisobbi !!
Serves: 1
Cook time: 5 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 whole dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (around 25g)
- 1 tbsp cashew spread (or any nut butter)
- 1 banana, sliced
- Pinch of salt
- handful of ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to your desired consistency.
