Salted Caramel Smoothie

How AMAZING is this? This salted caramel shake will make you jump out of bed in the morning!! The recipe is by the beautiful @danisobbi !!

Serves: 1
Cook time: 5 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole dates, pitted 
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (around 25g)
  • 1 tbsp cashew spread (or any nut butter)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Pinch of salt 
  • handful of ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to your desired consistency.
