Dressings are hard, but I've mastered four that are my absolutely go to's.
These are without a doubt the best light and healthy salad dressings.
From Sticky Balsamic with olive oil to creamy Lemon and Garlic Aioli, you're going to be loving every bite.
Each one is super delicious, super easy and super simple to make, and will coat a salad for 4 people.
Each of these recipes require all ingredients to be mixed well in a small bowl and then poured over the salad.
Sticky Balsamic:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/4 lemon, juiced
Pinch of salt
Wholegrain Honey Mustard:
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper
Asian:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
pinch of chilli flakes
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tbsp fresh corriander, chopped
Lemon & Garlic Aioli:
3 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1/2 lime, juiced
Pinch of salt and pepper
