Blueberry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the new in thing! This being because they're so easy to prepare, so cheap and can last in the fridge! I've done this recipe to serve ONE, So if you want to make two or three breakfasts in advance, double or triple the recipe. 

Ingredients
(per container)
1/2 cup of oats
3/4 cup of almond milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon, ground
1 tsp honey 
1/4 cup of blueberries
5 walnuts

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a container with a lid. Give it a good stir and pack it in the fridge for tomorrow mornings breakfast!

  • This looks delicious! I desperately want to try but I’m Coeliac so can only have gluten free. Do you have a gf substitute for the oats that you would recommend?
