Description

Did someone say Protein Jelly? We're back with another classic protein jelly recipe. This one might be my favourite yet. If you like Choc Raspberry this one is a 10/10.

INGREDIENTS

250ml hot water

250ml High Protein yoghurt

1 sachet sugar free raspberry jelly powder (9g)

1 Aeroplane lite mousse sachet

200ml milk

COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Add hot water & jelly sachet to a mixing bowl and stir well. Let this sit until water has cooled down.
  2. Add in yoghurt and stir well.
  3. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
  4. Add 200ml of milk to a mixing bowl and pour in the Aeroplane mouse sachet then mix with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes or until mouse like consistency.
  5. Layer the chocolate mouse on the raspberry jelly.
  6. Enjoy
