General
We, The Nourishing Cook Pty Ltd offer a single purchase service to the content within the BARE Guide.
All purchases are subject to our Terms of Service.
Purchases can only be purchased directly from: the Leah Itsines website (www.leahitsines.com).
Payment
Subject to any free trial period (BARE Taste Tester), payment must be made at the time of purchase and before You have access to Your BARE Guide account.
The BARE Guide is a single purchase of $59.97 AUD, not a subscription based product.
Promotions
We may offer special promotions, trials, discounts, offers or coupons from time to time directly through Leah Itsines or through third parties, subject to and on its terms and conditions separate to those of Leah Itsines. It is Your responsibility to read and understand those terms and conditions.

Governing Law
The laws in force in South Australia govern these Leah Itsines Billing Terms.
Interpretation
Billing Terms means theses billing terms and conditions outlined herein including any additions or variations of these Leah Itsines Billing Terms made by Us;
Payment Method means the payment details nominating the account or process by which a customer agrees to pay for the Products as referred to in clause 14.
Products means any item including, goods, services, digital products, ebooks, downloads, resource material, online content, and other similar content sold by Us to a customer.
We or Our or Us refers to the The Nourishing Cook Pty Ltd (ACN 606 617 181);
You or Your refers to you, the customer.
