Description

Are you looking for the perfect high protein dessert? This Protein Biscoff Cheesecake is honestly my favourite - I've been having it every night for dessert. Macros below!

INGREDIENTS

1 x Paul’s protein yoghurt (160g)

1 x scoop vanilla protein powder 

2 TBSP Biscoff spread, melted

1 Biscoff biscuit 

COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Yoghurt & Protein powder to a bowl and mix. Once mixed well add 1 TBSP (half the melted Biscoff) to the bowl and mix in.
  2. Top with the other half of the melted Biscoff and spread evenly.
  3. Top with crushed Biscoff biscuit.
  4. Place in fridge for 3 hours or until top is set.
