Whipped Bone Marrow for Babies
WHIPPED BONE MARROW, Jesse's first food! His solids journey has been so fun. This whipped marrow is energy dense, high in fat but PACKED with nutrients, and a really easy first food to give on a spoon. I now add it to Gigi's pasta too, and to Jesse's veggie...

Leah's notes
Make sure it's COLD to whip. That's my biggest takeaway!
I get my marrow bones from Bowie Meat & Co.
For grown ups, add garlic and salt and it's delicious on toast.
Always check with your child's health professional about starting solids.
