Chipotle Chicken Burger with Quke® Salad

ingredients
- 200g chicken mince
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1-2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 small handful fresh coriander
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 2 burger buns
Salad
- 1 Truss tomato, sliced
- 3-4 Qukes®, peeled into ribbons
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
method
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken, garlic, spices and coriander. Mix well.
- Shape the chicken mixture into 2 patties. Place chicken patties on a hot pan with a splash of olive oil and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through with no pink in the centre (75°C for chicken).
- Toast the burger buns (or leave fresh!) and layer with chicken patties, Quke® ribbons, Truss Tomato slices, mayo and hot sauce.
- EAT!
